Z. Savory earned her MA and PhD (abd) in English and taught writing at Boston University until she pivoted to become first an editor, then a project manager, then an Agile Coach. These roles have given her deep access to a variety of industries, including medicine, restaurants, consumer goods, cyber security, insurance, banking, leisure, energy, and transportation.
